Boring Apps is a software studio that designs and builds mobile apps, web platforms, and backend systems. Our registered contact is contact@boringapps.studio.

When you submit the contact form on our website we collect:

• Email address - to respond to your enquiry.
• Project description - the message you write in the form.
• IP address and browser user-agent - logged automatically for abuse prevention.

We do not use cookies, analytics trackers, or any third-party tracking scripts on this website.

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and assess whether we can help with your project. We do not use your contact details for marketing without your explicit consent.

Form submissions are stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on our own servers, located in the European Union. We do not transfer your data to third-party services or cloud providers for storage.

We retain contact form submissions for up to 24 months. You can request deletion at any time by emailing contact@boringapps.studio and we will remove your data within 5 business days.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@boringapps.studio with the subject line "Data Request".

Our website links to social media profiles and external services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those platforms.

If we make material changes to this policy we will update the effective date at the top. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
